It’s actually the, I think the best of the lot these days. I just don’t want to stick my head out and get it cut off at a time when I think that OPEC+ is going to do another big slug of oil.
-On ConocoPhillips ($COP)
I like Vertiv. It bounced well of the bottom. This company has incredible demand, and therefore I want to own the stock.
-On Vertiv Holdings ($VRT)
No, too much risk. Don’t be fooled, don’t reach for yield. If you need yield, just buy Realty Income.
-On Medical Properties Trust ($MPW)
I want you to own this for the long term. I think it would be a terrific situation.
-On Nucor ($NUE)
