I’m sorry, I do not share your enthusiasm for that stock.

-On Sea ($SE)

I’m astonished at the decline of this. I would not buy a stock like this until it has some sort of bounce. I can’t get into that hornet’s nest.

-On Fiserve ($FISV)

It’s not expensive, it’s a good company. It doesn’t share our problems. I like it.

-On Rogers Communications ($RCI)

This thing has to be bought right underneath $200. I like the stock.

-On Waste Management ($WM)

You’re dealing with Barry Sternlicht who’s a very smart person and have dealt with all sorts of bad markets and came out fine. I am loathe to abandon it because I think I respect him that much.

-On Starwood Property ($STWD)

I think it is a good situation, not a bad one.

-On Kenvue ($KVUE)

Nebius is too speculative for me, it’s losing money. Why not just go with Dell? It’s a terrific company.

-On Nebiue Group ($NBIS)

THURSDAY NOV 20

I got enough problems, I don’t need no Rocket Companies. No one’s buying homes here.

-On Rocket Companies ($RKT)

I should’ve been recommending Regeneron. It’s coming right back right now.

-On Regeneron ($REGN)

Let’s do Netflix instead of Fubo. I like Netflix more.

-On FuboTV ($FUBO)

Very poorly covered company that happens to be a very good company (Buy, Buy, Buy!) You’ve got a good one there.

-On Mettler-Toledo International ($MTD)

The stock is high given the fact that the company makes no money. I’m not a believer until it makes money.

-On Opendoor Technologies ($OPEN)

It’s losing too much money. It’s losing too much money. The era of magical investing is over. I can’t recommend the stock.
