I think it’s fine. You’ve got a 5% yield, it’s a little better than treasuries, it’s a well run company. I’m not going to set the world on fire but it’s fine.
-On VICI Properties ($VICI)
Crown Castle is just okay. It’s not that well run. It’s got a decent yield of 5.6%. I would not chase the stock; I don’t want to be there.
-On Crown Castle ($CCI)
SLB has not gone up nearly as much as I expected given the fact that oil is up. I would buy the stock right here. It is the best of breed.
-On SLB ($SLB)
That is an infrustructure and it’s kicking butt. A lot of people wish they had that stock. You’ve done very well, sir. Tetra Tech is remarkable.
-On Tetra Teck ($TTEK)
It does its job very well. It actually has very good run here. I think I will hold on to it.
-On Pure Storage ($PSTG)
